To ensure boarding is suitable for your dog, every new dog must complete a charged one-night trial stay. This allows us to observe how they settle into our environment and ensures they’re comfortable and stress-free. Boarding isn’t always suitable for all dogs, and we prioritize their comfort and well-being above all else. Dogs must also be comfortable sleeping on their own bed, which helps them feel secure during their stay.
Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than two hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time.
2-8 additional hours: +50% of the nightly rate.
8+ additional hours: +100% of the nightly rate.
